Zari's weight was a topic of gossip just last month when Diamond's mum flat out called Zari fat. Mama Dangote couldn’t help but notice Zari's lockdown-time weight gain right after Zari jetted into Tanzania from Uganda to see Diamond for a co-parenting session. Looks like Zari took the shade to heart, and is doing some serious slimming down.

Looks like Zari took the shade to heart, and is doing some serious slimming down.
The 40-year-old is now back in control of her weight as seen in her latest Instagram post. She flaunted her sexy body in a little black dress captioning;
“Our only competition is yourself so get out of your own way!!!
Ps: I know you'll vote for my ponytail but I'm still keeping the wigs....😉🙈 dropped 4kg in the last weeks....#BackOnTrack”
The boss lady went through a lot of criticism but now she has the last laugh. Losing 4 kilograms in 4 weeks is no joke. Well, she clearly has been taking good care of herself and she knows it. She posted mirror videos on her Instagram story to admire herself. The mother of five noted that she feels and looks great for her age.
In the video she captioned;
“Forever young” #40”
Well fans couldn’t agree more as they flocked in the comment section to admire her new figure and her entire self for a 40-year-old woman with 5 kids. Some of her fans even wrote that she looked too great than most women in their 20s.
Earlier on Zari had said that she was indoors for five months. All she did was eat and sleep. To put it in context, she said that every two minutes, she was looking for something to eat in the fridge. Basically, she acknowledged the weight gain.
In November Zari went to Tanzania to visist Diamond with the kids. They have been getting along great for the sake of their children.

The two seem to have patched things up after their very public, very dramatic break-up. In 2018 when the two went their separate ways, they used to throw all manner of accusations at each other. This split was so bad Diamond did not see his kids for two years.
Both the singer and the businesswoman are now in a good place. Diamond is currently on a media tour promoting his new song with the legendary Koffi Olomide. The song is dubbed ‘Waah.’
